Sales total report is not working

Changing to a generic system of charges (#499) has caused the lone sales total report in admin to break. I decided to go ahead and commit that code anyways since this is only a minor annoyance and people should have access to the new checkout sooner rather then later.
We should consider using new version of searchlogic to see if it gives us any more options.
